This is our 2d apartment, a fully furnished 3 1/2 (1 bedroom) in a house shared in 4 apartments.
We are on the ground floor or as is more common to say here "on the first floor"
The owner lives in the other apartment on the first floor.
We also have a beautiful garden very well maintained by the owner.
We are still in The Plateau Mont-Royal borough.

Nous sommes au rez-de-chaussée ou comme il est plus commun de dire ici "au 1er étage".
Le propriétaire vit dans dans l'autre appartement au 1er étage.
Nous avons également un beau petit jardin bien entretenu par le propriétaire.
Nous sommes toujours dans le quartier Plateau Mont-Royal.
